New business model design in SEA market

DI designed a new business model for a logistics business in Thailand. In this project, we created a logistics platform where it connected Senders (Manufactures), Warehouses, Stores, and Transporters. It helps save time and cost in operations, easily find truckers, track the shipment in real-time, as well as support operators in effective planning.
