DI and Dentsu join forces to form Sustainable BX Team

In the collective efforts of expanding our business producing activities in the carbon-neutral era, Dream Incubator Inc. (“DI”) now collaborates with advertising giant Dentsu Inc. ("Dentsu") to launch the “Sustainable BX Team”, a specialized business transformation (abbreviated BX) team to help our clients achieve the balance between sustainability and corporate transformation/business growth throughout the goal setting, strategic planning, implementation, monitoring and continuous improvement processes of Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) cycle. DI’s strengths rest in its business producing capabilities rooted in the mix of business strategies, technologies, and public policies to address major social issues, while Dentsu’s strengths lie in its ability to provide integrated solutions based on its consumer touchpoints and user experiences. Fully leveraging strengths from both sides will help achieve the above-mentioned balance.

The “Carbon Neutral Transformation Program” will be launched as the first service offered following the team’s debut. In recent years, carbon neutrality, a goal many companies in Japan have announced their intention to achieve, has been seen as a key management agenda by more stakeholders. In realizing this objective, many players have most parts done within the framework of their existing businesses (such as to review their energy consumption, raw materials, and business partners), as a result putting themselves under the pressure of higher costs and lower profit margins.
Viewing the transition towards a carbon-neutral society as an opportunity for market structure transformation (a game changer), this program is engineered to help stakeholders cut their carbon emissions in their current activities and operations to fulfill corporate social responsibilities, expose them to new opportunities of gaining access to the global total energy investments worth more than a hundred trillion dollars required to reach net-zero emissions by 2050 (see IRENA “Global Renewables Outlook”), help facilitate the development of carbon neutrality-focused management approach, create new corporate values, accelerate business transformations through proactive support from the team in new business creation, portfolio reviews, and business restructuring efforts.
