Dream Incubator SEA (DI SEA) is delighted to announce that our Director Kazuhiro Nakashoji was invited by Vietnam – Japan University to give a lecture for its Japanese Studies program on the topic of “Digital Japan – Vietnam Cooperation” to undergraduate students on Monday, August 29th, 2022. In the lecture, Mr. Nakashoji introduced the global emerging trend of social impact, in which startups have initiatives to solve social issues and the ability to scale up by adopting cutting-edge technologies. He also gave some examples of social startups matching with DI’s investment thesis in Japan, India, and South East Asia. He emphasized the attention of Japan Government on SEA development, especially Vietnam by showcasing what DI SEA has done with JICA.

He mentioned, “I was so impressed by the students and their enthusiasm as they have their purpose and curiosity to make positive impact for society as well as ambition to grow in their future career. I believe we will have amazing business leaders-to-be in Vietnam.”
